Advocacy Services

Speaking, Training & Event Support

Inclusion isn’t an optional extra. It’s the foundation of meaningful connection. I use my lived experience as an autistic and ADHD advocate, alongside my professional background, to help organisations create spaces where everyone feels welcome.

Public Speaking & Workshops

I deliver talks and training sessions that open conversations about:

  • Neurodivergence in fitness and everyday life

  • Building inclusive digital spaces

  • Accessibility at events and online

  • Why diversity of thought makes communities stronger

My talks are honest, relatable, and grounded in real stories. I bring vulnerability, humour, and practical takeaways that audiences can act on immediately.

Accessibility Support for Events

From small workshops to large conferences, I advise on accessibility best practices to make sure no one is left behind. That might mean:

  • Reviewing your event for accessibility barriers

  • Supporting staff with inclusive communication strategies

  • Creating checklists and adjustments for neurodivergent attendees

Why Work With Me?

I know what it feels like to be excluded; and I know how powerful it is when spaces are built with inclusion in mind.

My role is to bridge that gap: giving you the tools, language, and confidence to make your events, communities, and platforms welcoming to everyone
