I offer different ways to work together, depending on your needs, including Confidence Starter Sessions, 1:1 Personal Training and Ongoing Coaching & Support.

Whether you want to dip your toe in with one session or commit to a program, we’ll move forward in a way that feels safe, manageable, and right for you

You’ll get ongoing support, encouragement, and adjustments along the way, so you never feel like you’re doing this alone.

I founded Not So Typical Fitness to be about more than just sessions in a gym. I know what it is like to be different; I’m autistic, have ADHD.
Not So Typical Fitness offers support that fits your brain, your body, and your life.
